1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Sam-Card platform, including account creation, subscriptions, payments, and all related services. By registering or using any part of the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services

Sam-Card provides digital business card (vCard) services and related tools, including:

• Customizable business card pages

• Contact forms, image galleries, appointment booking

• Link sharing, social media integration

• Coupon codes (occasionally)

• Admin dashboard and analytics

• Developer utilities (e.g. QR generator, password tools)

Additional services may be added or changed at any time.

3. Account Registration

To use Sam-Card, you must register by providing:

• Your mobile phone number

Alternatively, you may register and log in via your Google account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

4. Subscription & Payment

Sam-Card offers both free and paid plans. Subscription details and current pricing are available on our website.

Fees:

• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly.

• Each subscription is subject to a 18% tax .

• Payments are processed via  PayPal or Stripe .

You authorize us to charge the subscription fee and applicable taxes until you cancel your plan.

5. Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. In the event of a price increase:

• You will be notified via email at least 1 month in advance .

• You may cancel your subscription before the new rate takes effect.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing month .

To cancel, use your account dashboard or contact our support team.

No refunds will be issued for partial months.

7. Coupons and Promotions

Occasionally, Sam-Card may offer coupon codes or promotional discounts. These are subject to expiration, availability, and specific conditions which will be stated at the time of offer.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to :

• Use Sam-Card for illegal, abusive, or harmful purposes

• Distribute spam, malware, or unauthorized advertisements

• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity

• Attempt to hack or disrupt the platform

Violation may lead to immediate account suspension or deletion.

9. Third-Party Tools & Integrations

Sam-Card uses third-party services, including:

• Google Fonts

• Tawk.to live chat

• PayPal (for billing)

• ඉරි  (for billing)

10. Disclaimer of Warranty

Sam-Card is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee:

• uninterrupted or error-free service,

• that defects will be corrected,

• or that the platform will meet your specific expectations.

Use of the service is at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Sam-Card and its operator shall not be liable for:

• any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages,

• data loss, business interruption, or profit loss,

• issues caused by third-party providers.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be announced via email or on our website. Continued use of the service after such notice constitutes your acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany , excluding its conflict of law rules. Any legal disputes shall be handled by the courts of jurisdiction in the operator’s location.
